How Is Your Email Address Processed?

New email registrations are being accepted; the version and scope of the text you agree to when registering are stored with your registration. Newsletters are being sent regularly. The explanations on this page set out the terms of the current process.

During registration, your email address, consent timestamp, consent text version and scope, communication channel and registration source are stored. No name, telephone number or location is requested; browsing history is not linked to the subscription record.

To limit abuse, a one-way hash of the network address at the time of the request, not the address itself, is retained for no more than two hours. Daily counters do not contain email addresses.

The Klaris Newsletter contains informative content, selections from the Academy and Klaris updates. No more than two emails are sent each month. The separate subscription consent in the web form covers only this newsletter; it does not replace other permissions in the app. To unsubscribe, you can write to info@klaris.com.tr. Newsletter delivery will stop upon your request.

Delivery does not begin for any subscription until consent has been recorded.

The newsletter registration infrastructure uses Cloudflare Pages and Workers KV. As this service is globally distributed, records may also be processed outside Türkiye. To request deletion of an existing record or information, you can contact kvkk@klaris.com.tr.

To deliver the newsletter, your email address is processed in the infrastructure of the email service provider we use. This processing is carried out to send you the Klaris Newsletter to which you have subscribed.

The Privacy Policy and Privacy Notice apply in relation to the data controller, legal grounds and rights under Article 11 of the KVKK.
